      maybe just some pissed off sellers, apparently eBay is hiking up the seller fees and removing the abiltity to leave neg feedback to non paying buyers. oh and they are gonna start holding "suspicious" tranactions with Paypal for 21 days or something like that.

        do they define suspicious at all? If not, sounds like it's time for me to not accept them for payment anymore
