god damn right, my wife gets on me when I buy regular bacon and not turkey bacon because it is "bad" for me...LOL...I spend 4 hours a year getting doctor tests and physicals every 6 months, every single thing they claim will go "up" when I eat bacon and red meat is completely normal or BELOW normal levels on me
I am 5'10" and weigh 185-190 lbs...a lot of that is muscle, and I barely work out, very little fat on me
god toast with real butter is so fucking good, I eat it every morning, like 5-6 slices, haha...can't forget to salt it either, the salt content in butter just isn't enough
and dude, cooking in bacon grease is the SHIT..my wifes grandmother (yes, the 94 year old one) told me about that one when I was like 25, what a fucking marvelous creation
