If it weakened bones I'm sure I would have broken many by now, but the last time I broke a bone was when I was 17 (I'm 33 now) and it was because I punched a cement wall.
To top it off, I'm barely ever sick yet I smoke 2+ packs a day, I drink between 5 to 8 cans of coke per day (sometimes more), I don't watch what I eat not matter how unhealthy it is or how much fat there is and the list goes on.
BUT here I am perfectly fine for the exception of my fucked up teeth and a hereditary leg disability. So I agree that to many people are way to fucking gullible.

same here, I drink probably a 12 pack a day, smoke 2 packs of cigs a day, PLUS I eat fast food at LEAST once a day (yes, even mcdonalds)
I am in perfect health, and honestly, the last time I tried a "healthy" diet according to a book, I was sick for 1-2 weeks after...once I got back in my regular routine I was normal again.
