200K is the total budget and i am looking at domains making at least 400$ a month, that doesnt mean that if your domain is making 400$ a month, u receive 200K ;-)
for 400$ earning, i would say somewhere between 4800 to 20,000 US$ depending upon the name.

Something earning $400 a month would be worth about 5 to 8 years of revenue, if the domain is a generic, non trademark infringing name.

I am buying a name today that makes $450 a month roughly, and I'm paying somewhere in the range of $30k-$40k for it. Good luck buying under 5 years.

i agree with DomBuyer.... if you have a generic or typo making 400$ per month do not sell for any less that 8/10 year revenue!!!

So I gotta wait for at least 8-10 years out before I make my money back thats fuckin crazy 4 years on mainstream names 2 years on adult names anything more and your nothin but a fool contributing to the bubble
