For me it appears I will be staying home. Though I do have a reservation at the other hotel near by that I can get rid of. I just grabbed it just in case yet after some thought there is no way in hell I can not stay at the hotel the event is held in. Back and forth is to much hell for me and would just destroy my body as it hates when I have to do to many transfers out of my chair.

I hear ya. I'm not anywhere close to your disability. Not even the same ballpark (yet - hopefully not ever), but with my MS I can't go to shows that I'm not staying in the same hotel. Absolutely kills me to walk from hotel to hotel, and not be able to just go up to the room real quick and rest for a bit when the MS starts kicking my butt. I love the phoenix show, but hate how fast the rooms sell out. That's why I don't go to any of the Vegas shows. The room is like a mile from the show room floor (hell, it's a half mile from the front desk).
