    IS ICQ DOWN OR AM I JUST FUCKED?

    Can log into my icq.
    Hope it didnt get hacked!
    Been down all day saying "Rate Limit Exceeded. Please try to reconnect in a few minutes.

    Been like this all day. What the fuck is this?

    I tried reebooting my computer several times, and still same shit.

                              Im on my other computer now, and Im still having the same problem on my laptop so I it cant be my PC..

                              It is either the network, or my account in particular.

                              I checked the icq network for problems and nothing. So im thinking its my account.

                              My icq is on 24 hours a dayand messages build up like mad.. Is there a usage limit that I dont know of?

                              What the fuck!

                              Also I dont have irc, havent even seen that for years! Will that help?
