    I quit World of Warcraft!

    Finally. I'm done. Been addicted to this game for a year and a half now. Spent 4 years playing Everquest before this one. Going to get out and live in the real world.

    That said, I'm selling my characters in WoW, if anyone is interested in starting a new addiction.

                                      Damn, is that all that WOW accounts really go for? Especially with that many Level 60 characters on it..

                                      I sold my Everquest character a few years ago, a Level 65 Ranger, the account sold for $600 USD, and then I seperately sold 300k Platinum for $640.

                                      I would think that WoW accounts would go for the same .. unless everyone and their mother is already a level 60.

                                      I always wanted to try WoW, but I was too addicted to Everquest, it ruined my life until I finally quit.

                                          Oh I got killer cash for my Eq accounts, I think it's cause WoW time to level is so much shorter.

                                              Especially considering i can have a lvl 60 in two weeks with my grinding bot and only play about 3-4 hours of it

                                                                                                      People that play games like WoW spend $15 per month and get to relax with an enjoyable past time in a social game. Sure it does suck up many hours of our lives, but it's not hurting anybody, plus like someone else said, you can save money because you're not doing other things with your time.

                                                                                                          I have just quit too... the game is great fun but too much time invested for not enough reward in terms of gameplay.

                                                                                                          That and PvP is my main focus and in WoW, the skill factor is tiny. The guy who's spent the most time doing endless PvE raids will have gear that far surpasses you and can usually steamroll over.

                                                                                                          Thanks for the link though, I have a 60 pally, 60 druid, 53 warlock, 46 rogue, 48 rogue, 31 priest, 31 shaman... I'll try and auction off the acct too ;)
