the word niggr is not owned by black people , i bet you have no idea of the race of other users on counterstrike

it could very well be they are asian or hispanic or white or even black

the difference is the word is used as a personal insult as in "you are a jerk" , not " you remind me of a black person"

the word niggr has been turned mainstream , mostly because of rap music.

Can it be used to insult a black person ? sure , but i havent heard it used in that fashion very often, most of the time its used by black people as a greeting or by white people as a broad insult that has nothing to do with the color of the persons skin.

There is a double standard there certainly
