              Old news - this has been around for days. The woman was offered a replacement and compensation as long as she turned in the defective toy. She refused and has made a medis circus about it.

                                          Aside from a trip to the store on her part, what's the difference between a voucher and a new toy?

                                          Could be she's trying to pull one over on everyone... if the company's thinking "wtf? Someone must have tampered with the software after it left our possession." - I think what they're offering sounds like an acceptable first step.
