I think that its kind of the countries duty to provide some measure of security also. If I started attacking an embassy here I would be in a world a shit.
I say kill about a 1000 people give or take. Helicopter gun ships... coming in low out of the sun... morning day at the market. I mean they actually killed one person, and we've done so much for them, I'd say a 1000x1 is a good day.
I would say use spookies like in the evening, you know for effect. Those things look bad as fuck... but death is too sudden with the spookies, thus helicopter gunships. Helicopters have a much better 'terror' effect. Kind of like the terror the poor embassy workers must have felt.
