    Was there a "throughput" problem? I'm not even sure what that would be but I would think it wouldn't even show up as lost sales (scrubbing declines etc.), just a decline in sales.
    overall, sales are consistent, although i have heard some complaints from a few about sales being down a bit...if you check with the sponsors you are promoting, i am willing to bet that its not an issue with scrubbing declines as much as click-throughs to the signup forms...if they get to the form, enter their information in and click submit, then we can track exactly what happens to them, if they happened to be declined, we can see the exact reason and run reports all of the way down the line....but usually you see the drop in traffic before it hits the signup form and clicks the submit button, that has been my experience...it will get better and then in 3 weeks you will be breaking sales records, thats how it works

                    CCBill is always right on the ball. A short e-mail and they are on it.

                    Fraud protection is important btw, or the processors go bye-bye and the only solution will be a merchant account (if you can get one).

                                    phuner, if your gonna post stuff from other boards, post all of it, ccbill already responded to that saying they were looking into it, i've talked to andy bout this already as well, the subscription had their affiliate id on it, it wasnt showing up in reports tho.
