Ok, didn´t scream that much since the first thing he told me was that he was scared. It just amazes me how a lot of people service their cars, change oil etc etc but never takes the time to exercise, eat well and think about their own body as a machine that needs the same attention.
Gone from angry to sad, it is really hard since we are in different countries.
