thats where the issue gets fuzzy , the trademark holder is my registrar
so it would be like if my registrar was godaddy and
http://godaddy.e--z.com resolved to exactly what you see and i own
www.e--z.com
on that page is godaddy drop page but if lets say i had the same type of drop page , directnic is pissed and null routed the domain simply because the subdomain resolved to a drop page
