Where can you hire a webmaster you can trust?

I want to hire someone to go into my admin area everyday and do the tedious manual things I need to do daily. So it can free me up to start new projects.

Its really $10/hr work, but I dont trust anyone. I don't want someone to go in and fuck my stuff up, or steal how I do things.
I was going to look to outsource for people on eLance but i never used them before.

An advice on how you can get someone who will do a good job and you can trust them?

thats what I was thinking

10/hr is asking to be raped ripped off and scammed over

I had a guy in india working for 15/hr for almost a year then one day while doing basic google research I came across all of my content... every bit of it

on another domain

fucker was mirrioring everything I did on his own website but couldnt figure out how to monetize it then when I asked him about it he just disapeared

two weeks later he tried to login to my server... I dont tust anyone

I want even post anything about my sites on GFY .... I trust no one
