jonpotz as you know the FTP issue you were having has been resolved. The ticketed support system does work. You can create a ticket one of 2 ways:
1. Login to your control panel and open a ticket from there. (preferred method)
or
2. Simply send an email to support AT webair.com and ticket will be automatically generated.
You also have your account rep's contact info and are welcome to contact him when needed.
