    Justices Pass on Internet Obscenity Case

    WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court turned back an appeal on Monday from a photographer who claimed a federal decency law violated her free-speech rights to post pictures of sadomasochistic sexual behavior on the Web.

              I found that interesting as well.

              The whole problem with obscenity is that it is undefined. It's a law that you can never know if you have broken it until you face a jury, and even then it will depend on what 12 people sit in the jury!

              The simple answer is to define obscenity. Then everyone will know the risk they take to publish a particular image.
