    Justices Pass on Internet Obscenity Case

        I found that interesting as well.

        The whole problem with obscenity is that it is undefined. It's a law that you can never know if you have broken it until you face a jury, and even then it will depend on what 12 people sit in the jury!

        The simple answer is to define obscenity. Then everyone will know the risk they take to publish a particular image.
