yeah jaysmoke, I don't know about any turnkey site, I'd say finding a niche that you can really dig into and then work with that, make blogs, buy a little bit of content and put your tags on it and let it flow around the net.
I'm from Guelph btw, just like 45 mins away from Toronto :D
