How much would you pay for .....

A program that makes weekly deposits of 20k ?

Someone is offering us just that...

    Details:
    Hosting $1500
Monthly Content purchases for updates: $3500
    Others: $2000
Monthly profit, BEFORE taxes: $13,000 US.

Obviously, this does not include employees, rent, blah blah blah...

We think 10 months is a solid offer = $130,000
    Cash - $100,000

    Opinions?

Lots of factors involved ... how much content there already is, quality of the sites etc etc...

lots to consider in buying ANY business - and reality is it's all about getting it for as little as possible on your end.
This dog, is dog, a dog, good dog, way dog, to dog, keep dog, an dog, idiot dog, busy dog, for dog, 20 dog, seconds dog!

Now read without the word dog.

Those numbers don't really add up for me, unless they are paying out 65% revshare. or unless the 20k is a padded number.

But yeh, if it's a solid program with a good reputation and the numbers have been consistent for a while ... and they take 100k ... that would be a great deal for you ... with in 8 months you'll be getting a return off of your money ... probably sooner when you consider the cross marketing that you will be able to do between your programs.
