When dealing wiht solo girl site upsells, should I add the same niche or different ?

This is the first of many of our new contract girls.

So I will be signing up for programs or sites to promote as upsells from the members area.

I need to have some help from GFY on what is the best way to do it.

( useless spam to tell me to add your site without any helpful feedback will only cause me to add your site name to my no sign up list .)

so if you want me to ad your site as an upsell please tell me why or get someon else to give a testimonial about why I should.

I would really love to hear from solo site owners as to what they have had some success with .
I would also greatly appreciate any third party info from anyone that has some GOOD suggestions to offer so we can make this a site that you will want to promote and make money on.

I will be offering pay per join on this site as well as revshare.

Hey Joe

It is a really fine line for us, I like to give our surfers something similar, but at the same time you don't wanna run them off to another girls site and lose them...

My wife is in the porn star niche, so I generally try and turn our members on to another girl that is in the same class, but maybe a different style...so, for our site girls like Aria Giovanni work nicely, and also I have been having luck with Danni.com also, which is cool because we will never lose a surfer to danni.com because we have hardcore and they don't

oh, and btw, our site is now the #4 convertor for nscash, and I think she wouold do really well in Gina's site because of the difference the two girls have

We actually have had some decent success with upsells. The one I like to point out the most is the gallery swaping we've done with Ann-Angel. Although her site is nude and ours was NN (Ash recently went nude and now we swap even more members then when we were nn) Ashleigh's nn galleries in Ann's members area brought in many new members and vice versa. Also alot of these members remained with both Ann and our site. I credit this mostly to being very similar setup and niche. We have other upsells of dif looking girls but we don't seem to have the same success so that would tell me that the customer is after that particular look. Your site are obviously more hardcore then ours so I don't know how that would work but that's my input for you.

Correct. But what about those that want recurring for a reason ?
You are not supposed to upsell on revshare.

Plus, there are two other programs that admitted here that they do
upsells and they're revshare only.

you still get paid for the sale you made to the site , and on the recurring , and if the site has more to offer the members will stay longer and you will make more money , right ?

Some reasons to use MovieDollars as an upsell...
-You can create a custom "GinasVod" or "GinasMovies" co-branded theater if you like.
-You can give 10-20 minutes free to to your members to test it out (no charge or CC).
-Your market might already be primed for buying glamour/babe movies like this Veronica Zemanova one for instance.

well upsells can be many things,

if someone buys a product from a store I have tehy are not going to leave .

and if they like the site and the interaction of a solo girl they will not leave ( even if they decide to join another site too)

what do you base they will leave on ?

I mean I do not understand, because if they like the site why would they leave totally ? people only have one porn site membership at a time ?

sounds to me like the retaining part is what you would be worried about .

and if you collect say $35.00 a join, that is like getting over two months of revshare if the price point is $24.95 per month, right ? in fact it would be the same as collecting for a guaranteed three months worth of revshare almost , wouldn't it ? and if a person stayed for three months on the site already, it must mean they like the site and the girl, so what makes you think they will leave jsut because they join another site too that the site owner may have in a " friends of gina" section or something like that ?

If your retention is good enough you shouldn't feel the need to upsell in
the first place. (not memberships)
But thats rarely the case there are a handful of sites that have a good
retention.
Most tgp owners would kill you for this, because the system is based on
users coming back to their sites. By doing this you will get the credit
instead of them getting it.

Well,
this has been happening a lot lately due to poor retention. More and more
are starting to use PPS.
The retention if affected by many factors and one of them is upsells.

With PPS theres a lot of shaving tho..., PPS game has gone too far
and the amounts you'll see on PPS are getting ridiculous.
Common sense says theres gotta be some shaving to make up for those
amounts.

From an affiliate point of view, If I'm choosing rev share, then I want a percentage of the membership sales, upsells, consoles, dialers...everything.

From a sponsor POV, however, I wonder "at which point is the traffic/member mine?" Sponsors are putting out a lot of money in designs, bandwith, content costs, advertising, etc. Don't they deserve to make some money somewhere?

Yes! Obviously they deserve to make money, everyone does.
But if a sponsor can't give me 50% revshare he shouldn't advertise 50%.
Put 30% or whatever you think it will make you a profit.
