have you tried icqing or emailing Oscer, he is simply the best customer service I have had from a host ever. On the rare occasions that things have been down he has been on it as soon as I told him and in one case he messaged me to tell me and it was fixed within minutes.

I've been with them since they started and and an in the process of moving all of my domains to them. Wouldn't do that if they were down often.

I have to agree with Sarah ... Oscer is a great guy and his tech support is fantastic !!

People gotta learn not to jump to conclusions ... not saying that you are liz, but starting a thread like this can be damaging to a person, and Oscer is a great guy ... he does not need that.

Did you try contacting him directly before you posted here ?

Yep, I called and left a message at the night cell # and at the night ICQ.

And to clarify, I'm not pissed (and didn't post the shooting emoticons, etc because I was pissed) at Quik-host -- mostly I was totally cheesed off about not having any goddamn cigarettes. And I still haven't got any, because the car is dead.

And on top of it all? My site is down again. I checked on it when I got up to pee at 6am and it was up, FTP could connect, and I breathed a sigh of relief. Checked just now and it's down.

I'm going to get some cigarettes right now if I have to fuckin car-jack somebody...

mine are up and I am spread over two machines. I will admit that one of my domains is a bit sticky at the moment but I am sure he is on it. Things happen. It will be fine

We were installing a New Router and Switch Yesterday Which Cuase for Some Machines A little Downtime.. One Machine Recieved 2 hours of Downtime those People will Be compensated.
