I can remember when cops were NOT allowed to search your car when they pulled you over. Now they can go through every damn thing you own (and usually trashing it in the process), pull your wife aside and search her damn purse, and if you try to argue with them or protest the treatment...They will taze your ass and take you to jail.
Hell, it's against the law here to LIE to a cop! I'm not talking about under oath. I'm talking about a cop pulls up and asks you a question and you lie. You just broke the law and became a fucking criminal.
I don't think this is what the founding fathers had in mind. But that's just my opinion. Sorry to rant.
