    How to pay solo site girls

    I have girls that want their own sites, so I need to hear
    it from those who have done it, and done it well.

    Do the girls get paid per shoot only? Do they get paid per shoot and get paid from their memberships? Do they get paid only from their memberships?

    I see a lot of these sites update regularly, so wanted to
    know how its done so that I do not overpay or underpay.

      for the site i did it was in the contract to pay out 40% to the girl "minus 40 of the server costs, studio time etc etc. per shoot is not what most sites do. i believe playwithparis.com is 50/50 but as the person in charge of recieving the money you can decide what that 50 works out to.

              I am shooting a few girls for future sites. I pay 3K for 100 photo sets and 50 videos. Then give them a rev share of 20% net. If they are hot, I pay them a little more up-front. All photos and videos are shot in the first 30-days.

              If they want more rev share, I pay them 30% net, no up-front payout. If their site does well and they are making money, most want to update. I try to do as much as I can up-front because many flake out.

                                      shoot as much as you can and pay per shoot, models are never reliable partners in business. I've been there twice and will never do that mistake again.

                                          Pay per shoot NOT percentage, some major flakes out there, and have your lawyer draft the contract.
