She used to work for the Attorney General...the FBI...the CIA and the NSC and was an advisor to the President. She did not say when the directive was issued but referred to it when the interviewer stated that one of McCain's promises/talking points is that he WILL get Bin Laden. She responded with the statement that the President has issued a directive to the pertinent agencys to get Bin Laden before the end of his administration. So the directive may have been out there for a while or it could be a fairly recent directive...but non the less I do not recall seeing it...recent or otherwise...in the mainstream news.
