GeoIP will never be 100%, just because of the nature of it.. IPs will always change hands, routing changes, etc etc. It's really neat, however.
One of the better implementations I've seen are where dating sites get a group of results out, so it gives the illusion of finding girls scattered around your suburbs.
Amusingly, the SexSearch banners have never ever been right for me. They're usually 500km out :DComment
