We are sorry but we cannot payout for previous years. If you did not
give us previous w-8 forms we could not send out any payments in which
you only remitted a new one for 2006 hence we can only pay you out for
the new year. It is up to you to make sure you provide us with the
information on a yearly basis in order to recieve payment. Also you must
contact us immediately if you did not recieve your payment... but since
you never remitted previous w-8 for the IRS we cannot back pay you any
of the amounts.

Second, I was in Costa Rica and was not (err, CHOSE not) to be near a computer.

Nicole from accounting is back today as well, so we'll get this straighted out in the next 24-48 hours. She's got to go back and get the check numbers for everything that was sent out.

In 2005 i send my w-8 form and ask for the money.
