The tattoo removal will not work much, it will end up leaving her with a scar if she does not take care of it.. Use some cover up sticks if possible, and some like colored makeup maybe.. It sucks to have to use phoeoshop.. but that tattoo will take at least 4 sessions to remove... and her aftercare will need to be very thorough.
