I've come to this conclusion myself as well. Being the stereotypical "nice guy" coming into this industry it was not very intuitive a lot of the things I saw guys doing to girls on set. The girls were loving it. I've come to understand that often times when you treat girls like shit you're actually being "nice" to them. They enjoy it. That's not to say they want to be fucked over (although fucking them over and over is a completely different story).
