                      Its not an european card.

                      I CAN claim the vat back but for non public reasons i'd simply like to have an US account. Its cheaper and easier for me.

                              Yeah plus 5 euro cts per click is more than 5 dollar cents. It doesnt sound like much but if youre spending a lot its quickly becomes much.

                                  I've been thinking of doing the same. apart from taking the course you have, wouldn't know how to set it up directly, and aren't sure whether google allows/wants europeans to have US accounts. plus I would need to get a US card too. oh well, some things to think about
