I get paid $1.05 per referred sale at TCG and it's great

I prefer per sale amounts or % rather than lump sum

I don't care as long as it's 5% or more and the sponsor doesn't require you to send your own sales.

My three criteria.
1) don't have to send you own sales to get paid
2) 10% or so
3) The sites convert with my traffic already.

10% would be great.

I do promote a few that are good at 5% on http://www.afilliatesrus.com. I have some lower paying programs ranked higher as they are better and I would rather that webmasters under me get more sales than me making a higher percentage of the webmaster.
