    This is all I need, I can hardly move today....

    I feel like total crap.....

    I think it may be the flu - I have closed the blinds as the light is hurting my head and even the light from this monitor hurts.

    I am preying its just a nasty 24 hour thing - I really dont need this ATM.

          Take the day off and rest? Not sure if I'm getting sick too, but I could only sleep about 3 hours last night.. about an hour at a time, and everytime I woke up it was from a bad dream too.. wtf is that all about. I havent had any dream in as long as I can remember, then wham.

                  chances are you got the local bug that was floating about the uk.
                  You will eventually get a cough that keeps you up all nights aswell.
                  Lasted a week or so for me so good luck

                      Damian, I feel terrible for you. There is a nasty flu out there. I had it for a week and my son did as well. The headaches are killer and the first couple of days are the worst, then it just lingers.
                      Of course lots of water, vitamins, sleep... good luck! Hope you feel well soon.

                                      On my first trip to San Fran I picked up a really bad bought of pneumonia on a stop over at my folk's place on the east coast. I was so physically out of it but I really wanted to go to San Fran as it was one of the places I had always wanted to me. On my first day in the city I was a zombie and went out of the train station, into a drug store for cough meds and then sat down on a bench to take them and fell asleep for about 20 minutes in the sunshine because I was too weak to fight the urge.

                                      So, be happy you are getting this now and you have enough time to shake it before you land in San Fran
