Methadone isn't going to help short term.
I've been in methadone detox since oct. of last year and currently am taking 130mg of diskette methadone per day.
It helps but doesn't help SHORT TERM. If you're going to go through methadone detox, it's going to be a good year or so before you're clean and healthy again
Methadone will help as long as you have been dependent for a long time. Short term users weill only get addicted to the methadone more.
