How come practically all aircraft have ashtrays in the toilets?

What is even more fucked up is that all of them are welded shut. Guess that was cheaper that replacing the seats?

LOL I can remember when I was 18 years old flying back from South Africa People were aloud to smoke on the plane that was 22 years ago

Oh you are not suppose to use those? I always thought the blue stuff in the toilet was flammable so I always snuff out my joints in that ashtray they provide. Whoops!
