i hear ya, that must be one busy shop... went with one of my friends to get hers done we were in and out in a half hour, the facial expression of girl could definately not be faked though unless you were to prick her with something hehe i was dying laughing when she got her's done "it won't hurt blah blah blah" she looked like she was gonna faint

I agree! I got mine done last summer and screamed when they pierced 1. The other wasn't so bad. It took less than 20 minutes.
