Actually this is true if the dough is homemade. If you are talking about the tube stuff then no because the eggs are pasturized first.

That drinking milk when you're sick produces more phlegm ... it's one bit of nonsense I've never been able to disprove (as in, when I'm sick I'm so stuffed up - milk or not - it's impossible to tell)

Just to be safe, I lay off the dairy when I'm ill.

Alot of times when you are sick you become lactose intolerant. We are not supposed to eat dairy products so that is actually part true.
