                              Just wondering, if WWC would police the tube sites for the content you license to paysites?

                              I see alot of the DVD´s we have bought licenses for over the years on tube sites, however since we do not own the copyright, then we can not do anything about it. Seams like WWC could do it, since you have the contact with the studios, and a direct intrest in selling as many licenses as you can (there are lots of dvd titles we have avoided, because they are already spread on the tube sites)

                                          Yes of course...let me know which tube sites have our content and we can monitor the amount used as promo material....we allow a % of the content as promotional material and to be used for marketing/promotion purposes....

                                                  My forum is legitimate. Users are told to always post a link to the gallery where they found pictures and no torrents etc. are allowed.
                                                  I have always seen the filesharing to be one of the main limiting factors of my forum's growth. I could get it really big by just allowing filesharing.

                                                  With such sites you attract only the lowest surfer scum, though. You'll have an even harder time to sell anything to them than on a legitimate site.
                                                  I rather stay on good terms with the webmasters instead.

                                                                      Raffi, Over the last month I have lots of sponsors offering my webmasters (TEVS webmasters) 1-2 minute video clips. Seems to be what are are prepaired to offer for legal tube sites.

                                                                      Im asuming a normal video clip (licensed) goes for 20 minutes?
                                                                      So 20&#37; of that is 4 minutes.

                                                                          Is it stated that the 20% shall all come from the dvd as a whole or if the dvd has 5 scenes can they just say 1 scene is 20%?

                                                                          Can they rotate the 20%?

                                                                          PS. I am anti tube and legal tube sites* (unless they host their own videos and then I am still on the fence).
