Great post Jace.

It's good to see that people can acknowledge the imperfections of others without assuming it's a scam or bad service. I hate the saying, because of the the generalization but "Shit DOES happen."

From what I've heard from clients, Strongbox is a great product and Ray will work with you till you're satisfied.

And if DOES say a lot about YOU in that you both recognize that and are still willing to pay for the software and the effort, notwithstanding the inconvenience to you personally.

Yes, I am willing to send back the money that was refunded. I feel that Ray works hard on his software, and I know what it feels like to not make money from something you worked hard on because of something that was out of your control

Strongbox is a good product but I've had nothing but shit from Adult WebWare. They botched the install, refused to send me login information to thier support site and of course kept the cash.

Ray is a class act that is partnering with crap. Doesn't make sense to me but I'm glad you got things worked out Jace
