Here are some of the different tools available for blogs:
Feedburner - Besides fixing your RSS feed they also allow different levels of tracking hits to the feed itself.
Blogbeat - Checks and gives different levels of data
MeasureMap - Still in their private Beta and has been acquired by Google, they provide similar data to Blogbeat but in a nicer interface
CrazyEgg - This just came out and I haven't had a chance to check it out yet, but it will beat most of these services mentioned. It will track hits and pages/posts which were linked too, and will also track mouse movements on the page and create heatmaps showing the most visited parts of a page.Comment
