        fuck that i hate people who make excuses or claim they didn;t know shit. The law is what it is, i just think it is too harsh in this case and there are better ways to fight it and even put a stop to the vast majority of it. Handpicking a couple cases a year to through someone in jail is not going to stop it. that just sucks really bad for the person who is tring to be made an example of.

                                        I disagree - without at least some deterrent, we'd all be getting 10X the junk email we get now. Besides that, there are a lot of emails that don't just say "Impress your princess tonight" or "Big tit Fucking" ... they can get pretty sick and even legally obscene (you know where I'm going with that)

                                        I have one program that I'm about to report that I get at least 25+ emails from a day. Despite numerous attempts to have them stop the affiliate but I've been totally ignored. Next stop, authorities.
