    Is there a way to get dvds from your dvd drive or hard drive onto your video Ipod

    Apple says there is but they dont support it

      google is your friend

      there is lots of software for this available , even free software ( just be carefull theres lots of spyware attached to many of the free ones )

      ipod video format is mp4 so google "dvd to mp4"
