That looks like it. The link took me to my site, I just want to make sure each affiliate gets their credit. If anyone can help me out I would love you! I called ccbill and they had no clue what I was talking about?

The first {{myid}} should be her ccbill merchant id (which xXxotic got, 920541-0000), and the second one is your affiliate id.

Should be loading pretty fast sweetie. I know they are still working on some optimization. But nothing big.
