no way you will just "find" a pr3 dropped domain
the expiring domains are picked over with magnifying glasses and will be snagged and put up for auction way before they would ever drop
if they are really lousy, you might get them relatively cheap, but you aren't going to find one like that that is truly dropped anymore these days
