Yes online only play. There are a few various arenas but the two main arenas typically have 200 to 400 players online. On Tues they combine the two main arena and it's close to 600 to 700 players online at prime time.

You can fly fighters, bombers, drive tanks and do all sorts of stuff. The graphics are a bit weak looking compared to the typical new game, but it's because there are so many players online.

You can D/L game for free @ http://www.hitechcreations.com/frindex.html and play online 2 weeks for free. After that it's a monthly charge of $14.95. I'd suggest getting at least a cheap joystick piror to signing up.
