Ok I will start with it is very nice trailer.....But I think with a few little tweaks it could be a GREAT trailer.
1) During Chloe's open there are a few sound issues. Either work over the audio or reshoot to remove the background hum and echo.
2) Know your target. Surfers suffer from ADD bad. I would tighten up the scenes and add 1 more but still keep it at 1 minute.
3) NEVER put music on a trailer

5) Mix up your dissolve, I see a lot of cross dissolves, throw some smash zooms and dips to white in. It helps pick up the pace.

This is just my opinion. Others may feel otherwise, and opinions are like assholes everyone has one. I see something great in there.
Also Chloe is a real looker. You are a lucky man.
