I think they should be actively encouraging people to verify their identity before they hit $5k instead of waiting until they reach that amount. That's what I did.

My account was suspensed too, and it's funny because my account was verified
when i wanted increase atm limit some time ago!

Who the hell read emails inside epassporte??? I just collect cash from sponsors
and i missed emails with warnings about reached 5k limit!

And now, on weekend i can't take my cash! but i need it.

I have $5K in there from time to time because I get paid big bucks from the sponsors in my sig... Sometimes I don't need the money so I just leave it in there.

You would have to spend HOURS and HOURS fixing shit and thats IF you could.. Some hosting companies will shut you off if the rebill doesnt go through that means downtime, lack of being able to fund google adwords will cause your campaigns to pause etc etc .

No one is forcing you use their services.

I keep 50k in there at all times and I'm very happy with them.
