Its not nearly as racist as saying a black child must be bussed an hour away from his home just to satisfy some imaginary number some dumb ass white guy in a biz suit made up. Its far more racist than letting each feel comfortable in their own enviorment with people like themselves. Everytime the federal goverment makes another rule like this they are just promoting more racism than if they left it alone.
