I've got a small quantity of low quality POV content with attractive models. Can someone tell me how much can I reasonably expect for each scene. Some guy offered me $30 a scene. When I snorted he said don't worry you can sell it to others as well. Very funny! I'd like to start my own site but I don't have much money. It's shot in Russia and there's street scenes as well, so I think there's niche value.
sell the content or start a site

I agree with e-god.
You have to have converting traffic... and that isn't easy.
If you have content that is worth something, contact some sponsors with offers and you will get ahead much faster then building a site and hoping they will come.
In the content game, you know who your customers are - every sponsor.
But with membership game, you don't know what the blind surfer is looking for.
Just my 2 centsComment

Thanks all for the advice. Some will say this is a stupid question but I have to ask it... and hope I don't annoy anyone. How much should I expect from the sponsors for each scene/movie? Is there an ongoing commission?
Moviedollars looks good too. Do they give an up-front payment or just the 20% commissions? Again can anyone tell me how much I'd make a month if I submitted, e.g. five movies, 1-2 hours length each.Comment

Anyone? I just need $2000/ month to make it a full-time thing and then I can work on improving the quality.Comment

Hi people. I am currently setting up a co-branded theatre with them under my domain RATEDX.tv
It's my understanding that you can submit your content to MovieDollars and they will cut and produce your stuff, upload it onto their server and every site will have access to your stuff.
Then you can start a site which you feature only your content in a video on demand situation. Just create a DNS "A" record pointing your domain to them.
Then you just send your traffic to the site and hope they like it lol.
You can also sign up affiliates on your account. Don't know too much more about it as I'm just starting out with them.
I have found their customer service reasonably good. They have been answering support emails and work in quite well if you have any questions.
I let you know what my conversion rates are after a couple of months
