    I am at the END OF MY ROPE with STRONGBOXXX

    I am not sure what exactly is going on with them, but apparently Ray doesn't handle this shit anymore, it is all handled by AdultWebWare....everyone told me such great things about this freaking software, and I have no doubt it works great, but the idiots installing and working support need a little lesson in work ethics

    I wake up this morning to Strongboxxxx FINALLY installed, only to find they set it up completely wrong and now none of my members can get into the site, NOTHING works...They installed it to the wrong members area url (funnny, cause such a big deal was made in 4 emails back and forth about what url exactly was being setup), and not only that, the script doesn't even work

    I wouldn't be so upset if they hadn't dropped me an email at 7am on a Saturday morning to tell me "Te Strongboxxx has been installed"...only for me to wake up at 1pm to find NOTHING works

    DID THEY EVEN FUCKING TEST IT????? AND NOW I HAVE A MEMBERS AREA THAT IS GETTING JOINS AND NO ONE CAN GET IN!!!!!!

    I was told Ray sometimes watches GFY, so Ray, if you have any part left in your company, please hit me up ASAP...I am lost and I have no fucking clue where to go from here

    chances are the adultwebware.com folks won't even check their support emails til 1-2am tonight (as usual), so basically I have a completely FUCKED SYSTEM courtesy of adultwebware/strongboxxx

                                      luckily the site was just relaunched and there have been a few tech errors here and there, so maybe my members will see that and not react real hastily about it

                                          i just got strongbox too....and it was setup fine and i love how it works, but Ray leaves you in the dark. I have no admin info to check reports, etc. I emailed him 3+ times and all he did was send me back a link. I think a huge problem in this business, and I am gulty of it too, is stretching ourselves too thin...that or being fucking lazy. But shit is so wide open and there is so much opportunity, I think everyone is trying to capitalize on everything, but accomplishing nothing....good luck with this man, I am very curious to see how it gets handled...God Forbid my shit goes down

                                                                              FWIW - Ray doesnt use ICQ any longer so you wont be able to get hold of him that way, he always seems to reply within an hour using his email support @ bettercgi.com if you havent already, you might want to shoot him an email to that addie.

                                                                                                                                              We actually make a concious effort NOT to even have to be in LA....LOL...so, unless something pretty big comes up, we won't be there any time soon

                                                                                                                                              So far though, there are 2 people now that are wanting to shoot her out there now, so if that list grows to 4 or 5 people, we make finally decide that it would be financially prudent to plan the trip ;)

Both NATS db-based members, and .htaccess. I can't see Ray not fixing whatever's wrong in a couple of days.
