Luxembourg is the richest country but you're right about most powerful and infuential... but does being a leader of such a country really say something about his IQ? One way or the other - yes. Voters look if they can relate to the candidates, and seeing primarily inbreed christians voted for Bush it says alot of his IQ: Dumb as fuck... sport.
