This is the name of the program that scammed me out of paying the rest of the money when the work was complete, they kept adding to the list wanting stuff done for free after they had already been quoted a price.

anyways on friday they said they would pay today, well its almost 6pm by them and they have yet to pay. when talking to there old programmer here is what he had to say, Seems like they just keep scamming everyone they have delt with.

He said that price was to high and he went away. this was a few month ago
so last week he hits me up saying that the company they paid fucked everything up and that now they need it fixed before next monday so they can launch there program.
He gave me a list and explained what needed to be done, I told him the things i CAN do and the things I CAN NOT do and we agreed on a price, when everything was done he needed a few more things changed so I changed them for him and then all the sudden he started throwing more things in the list and wanted it all done for the same price.
well i always collect 50% upfront to keep things like this from happening. well now he says the 50% he paid me upfront was enough and he doesnt wanna pay anymore because I didn't complete all the work ( the original list is done, except for 2 things that require he gets me the .fla file) so this is a warning that a company launching a new affiliate program are a bunch of scammers and thief's, this is there last chance to pay me before i post the name of the company and the employee
i even offered to cut the last 50% by giving them 25% off since they wernt happy that I wouldnt add all the extras for the same price and they still don't want to pay, so this is my thread on a company that hasn't even launched yet and they want to scam me out of money.
This isn't about the money to me because I do the nats coding on the side as a service that I offer since a lot of people have asked me to help them with there nats skinning, this is about the fact that if they scammed me after the work was done then they will find anyway possible to scam the affiliates or anyone they trade traffic with.

hey just saw your post on MP - I realise we are the first company in the chain, and your experience reads just like ours. We've spent months going beyond what we originally agreed to setup items way beyond the original scope, but now the client says we're taking to long and wants a full refund. Absolutely unbelievable!
