I'm going to the Dr this week, but I wanted to know if anyone has an idea what this may be. I got a pain in the back of my leg, behind my knee. It hurts most when I stand on one leg. Thoughts?

Here is a friendly bump for ya!
In the mean time,
kidding aside, do you sit for extended periods with little leg exercise?
Sometimes when I get busy for like a week or so and doing the 16 hr days sitting in front of the pc..my legs get similar cramping pains for a few daysComment

I pinched the siatic(sciatic) nerve around my hip, and have quite a lot of pain all the way from my hip down to my foot.
The best thing I have found so far is to lie flat with my legs raised on pillows (almost in a sitting position, except laying down). I then slip a cushion under my lower back which suspends my butt a bit, and try to hold for 5-10 min. It hurts the back while doing it, but that quickly disappears, and the leg pain goes away for 1-3 hours.
Some more discusion about it.

The only thing I would really sweat is a blood clot. Does it hurt worse if you exercise? Your doctor should probably set you up for an ultrasound right away. If it is a clot and that clot moves, you could be in deep shit.I like pie.Comment

Could be many things. The good thing is you are taking care of it and not pushing it off...Comment

Too many moving parts in there to make a guess, plus no idea what your lifestyle is like. Too much running or repeated hard impacts on a knee can compound normal wear and tear.Comment

usually cramps happened when your leg was overused in a certain period of time... it must be a simple tired muscles and just needs to rest.
